@haffizi1989 @Hellyers Yes, I got the reward. Both title and 300-point that I received with missing item. Both was sent again by STAFF_John.

Not sure exactly how I can help… but you could try letting here your team name and character name too? Maybe some STAFF see it and helps instead of only by messages/tickets ( ? )

Missing item : Title ‘Lifemaker’ from the event and 300 points reward from the same event, both redeemed after tuesday’s patch, nothing appeared on the char.

send 2 tickets but all the auto reply answer from the bot…

no action, no answer…i guess they pretend to be blind for our issues…

well i guess im gonna quit sooner than i expected…

for now im waiting this tuesday maintenance and see how it goes…

and entire week sending tickets, message, calling for help in the forum and after this entire time, not even a word from you

they doesnt respond to my thread…

send message too but get ignored…

guess nothing much to do anymore

same case for me… already sent tickets but no response… already pm’d all the staffs still no response… my title is gone :frowning:

i have the same problem here i sent message with the screen of my current lodge to staff Max and staff John i wonder if one day i will have my 300 TBL reward and the title.
I wonder if my lodge will be forever bugged for the next reward incoming too…
