So the STAFF deleted my post bec exposing how shitty support is a NO NO

Hope you get your DLC package resolved soon. Sometimes we can’t blame the support people too, they are just customer service people who are sandwiched between us and the developers. What they can do is just to consolidate the tickets and escalate to the devs while constantly being chided and shamed by us, yet still must remain polite to us.

Do cut them some slack, it is a shiat job to be in.

i have a feeling they are google translating their support ticket…thus misinterpreting the situation and taking to much time to get back to their customers…judging from the situation since the start of founders to now lol

yeah, you spoke the truth here. My company have support division and what they do is basically relay the words from their customer to correct department.

Hell, it’s obvious thing if customer yelled when their money are taken. And guess what? these kind of people are really really impatience.
I told them it will need review from management but they won’t listen or want to speak with management directly instead

Anyway, as for the reason to delete it, I THINK if their supervisor read it, they will blame support division and ask "what the hell is this and what have you’ve been doing???:joy: but I could be wrong here *runs away

to OP, just keep tracking and ask for update within specified interval time like 3 days

I had the same thing happen to me, but I was able to get it redeemed through a long wait period.

Here’s what I did.

  1. Took screenshot of DLC on character page
  2. Took screenshot of the error ‘3hr BShyt’
  3. Take screenshot of the receipt from steam showing proof i bought it.
  4. Take screenshot of my char’s empty inventory, because the DLC never got retrieved properly.
  5. Take screenshot at different times after 3hrs (to prove that you waited)
  6. Request to have it retrieved from the Marketplace on specific character.
  7. Attach a picture of the contents that should be in the DLC package you bought.

They should be able to determine whether or not you properly retrieved it.

If you’ve already tried this, try it again and ask super politely.

Granted IMC took about 4 days, including sending me the wrong DLC (100TP instead of the Founders1-1…like WTF I wrote it like a dozen times in my support ticket–>that’s why send picture with contents of your DLC, you should be able to find the promo pic off google)

Honestly, I feel like one of the lucky ones who didn’t get IMC’ed trying to redeem something that I paid for.

Remove the “C” as well, because they use TCP instead of UDP and they cant see that this is a huge problem.
