if skills can deal 2k-ish damage then HPs must be around 10k for long range class and 15k for melee
just imagine the epic clash will last a couple of minutes or so. 
unlike now it looks like everyone has asura strike skill.

Just because? If people want to have pets then let them have pets, no issue in that
I have a skill that does 2k damage every .5 sec. I also have 1800 hp. This is why PvP is broken atm xD
And yes less clutter might be nice, but it honestly has not been an issue, almost no one has a companion during this entire iCBT. There is literally no need for it, unless you have the class for it.
Previously it was good because anyone can mount it.

yeah sure just dont allow it in pvp … it would be silly … pets running around everywhere
whether the pet is strong or weak that’s not the point … my point is either give it to certain classes or remove it from everyone … because there is no point in every single class having a pet … the less stuff on screen the better
i know its not ro i’m just giving an example … imagine everyone in ro can ride peco peco’s ? it would be silly because its something unique to knights … thats my point … battle pets are a hunter thing … and it should stay that way

Truthfully, I just want a pet because I want to have something nice in my Barracks instead of just my characters.

Welp, do you know that now every single class in RO have a mounts? Yeah…
Also all the pets in the game give extra status to your character now when they’re loyal to you, so having a pet is pretty much an integral part of your build right now.

You could always put in the feedback and suggestion category that pets shouldn’t be in PVP except for hunters but for PVE, I’d rather have it allowed because
- why would hunters and riders have to spend so much money for a pet that others don’t need?
- why would they limit buying pets for only those classes when other people may just want it for fun?
I want a frog pet because frogs are cute!
I’ll be the witch + frog.
They could limit non-class-related pets to outdoor areas so they don’t clog up cities and pvp. That would differentiate gameplay in different zones.

How is a pet annoying beside because you think it’s annoying? Have you played a game where everyone could use pets? I’m not sure how the current system works here but when pets needs something to eat while u use it a lot of people won’t bother with them even if the food is very cheap. (Comparing to a game I played where any new player could afford a pet within 2min of playing, still only 5-10% of the population used a pet even though they were a good addition in pve or pvp).
I want all the pets in the world * 0 *!!! I’m going to try a hunter/falconeer to see how it works! I’ll let you know my opinion when the beta ends 
Knockbacks seem useful for ranged classes soloing.
I like pets, so I want one.
I posted this earlier, but I’ll say it again here. Having a high level pet to give your new low level characters makes the first several boss fights really easy.
Certain boss fights in the beginning of the game can be pretty challenging depending on your class and level when you get to them.
Yes, pets are a bit expensive. You shouldnt buy them at the fendor. If you really want to have a Companion you should take an appropriate class which will use those pets to its best ability, like the Hunter.
A Tip from me: If you decide to become a hunter, you will also get a pet license and get one pet for free. So you dont even need to buy it for money.
