It depends on each server preferences really. Maybe to SEA, Arde isn’t really a necessary equipment to most thus explains why it’s cheaper than NA, in which NA community sees Arde as a shiny valuable.
And for the 12 pages of Arde’s, well, considering the server migration and the amount of players, you could SEA why (kill me…)
Plus, for me, SEA players are quite a farmer. Not that I meant anything bad about it. It’s just that they love to treasure hunt most of the time. Just a personal experience of mine.

The one which you will use for a longer time would be the Arde Dagger. The other two are market controlled after all, so they they only sell for ridiculous prices.
Plus, unless you are a Rogue Karacha dagger isnt really that much better then Arde.

Will a subweapon with a blue gem increase you skilldmg?
cant answer you directly with blue gem but the crit rate on the green gem affects your main weapon
I believe blue gems increase block when put in a sub-weapon/shield.

actually it’s good for players who are just about to hit the levels where they could use the power of Arde, instead of getting them at 1m on previous weeks, now they get to save a lot of silver and still get Arde,
that is why we should never rush to anything as they will be an influx of items and you will get it cheap in the end.
