What happened to it?
They didn’t say it would be this patch if I recall correctly, just that they’re going to look into trade for non-token users. I’m worried that’ll mean 15 trades a month without a token and 30 with, but small victories I guess.

Was not said they where going to put it in this patch, i’m a bit more confused as to why there wasn’t something about the team storage in this patch, but i guess they didn’t specify it was supposed to be this one.
I hope they give us unlimited trade really. I think i would be kinda upset if it was like 15 trades as free. 
It takes time to change things. They said they were not sure exactly how the new system would work yet, just that they are going to lessen the current restrictions.
