YES! Please add an OCE/SEA server! Thereās a massive lack of MMOs in our region and weāre forced to suffer high pings which usually leads to unfair PvP and almost impossible raids. I havenāt been able to enjoy an MMO because of these reasons in a long time and was a massive fan of Ragnarok back in the day.
Can we have the SEA server but no blocks in international server please? 
Most people would opt the local server anyway because of the less lag, but itās nice that people arenāt limited on where they want to play. The number of CBT players shows that thereās a high demand for the game so getting the right amount players on all servers, whether international or local, shouldnāt be a problem.

Opening a new server does not mean they will automatically region lock the others.
Maybe, but I doubt it, they already had Amazon host the server, and Amazon doesnāt have server in SEA.
So IMC either find another server hosting or publisher in SEA, that mean region block will apply.
Just look at Japan, Korea, Indo and Chinese, they had local publisher and already excluded from this test.
IIrc, they probably wont open a SEA server since I think SEA is going to have their own publisher?
SEA publisher is cancerous, Iād rather IMC open up SEA server, and I believe we just need to show them we have the amount of players here.

Unfortunately if there arenāt oceanic servers I wonāt be playing. The delay/lag just isnāt worth it for me.
