Your build gungho level 3 ( for attribute )
It’s give : +14 damage, -3 Defense
Level 15 : +50 damage, -10 Defense
Only 7 different

Also Clone Not lower your defense but multiply your damage taken.
5 clones = x5 Damage. so -7 def x 5 = get 35 more damage @_@
Compare to add damage you get +36 x 2 ( DOV) x 5 ( Clone ) = +360
And spear lunge 360 + 180 = 540
and if Crit ?? :wink:

DOV -50% defense already make your def very low.
Clone x5 Damage taken
DPE x2 Damage taken
And you saying -7 Defense from gungho is bad

While this build looks nice on paper it’s not a build I’d recommend to anyone especially newcomers.
No Peltasta will make every PUG hate you for starters.
What I gather from the tos guide a ratio of 2:3 STR:DEX is recommended after reaching about 26-30 CON?
That’s not enough to be dodging at a consistent level with Finestra active.
30 CON when you’re not dodging consistently is a little low especially since this build doesn’ have too many stuns - Bash is a great knockdown but it’s not a stun (not gonna commend on lvl 15 Bash and lvl 5 restrain here)
Sure, this can be somewhat mended by equip and gems (dodge rate, HP) but it’s a walk on a tightrope and I won’t believe ppl who claim to have found a solution to this unless I get to see it ingame…
As for the rank in Doppel, I think it has potential and I even considered it myself on my char, but what made me steer off of it is the fact that I have to get hit to enjoy the benefits of DoV.
Playing an assassin type of char esp in PVP, I wouldn’t benefit from DoV most of the time anyway - tbh if I were to play the build you posted I’d consider Pelta c1 instead of Doppel to make it a party viable char and for the 18% dodge bonus which would lighten the burden on your equip somewhat - I even went Pelt c1 on my soon to be Shinobi even though I play with 2h swords and dont get to enjoy Swashbuckling 25%HP that way.
