Shall I get c3 cryo / c2 kino OR c2 cryo/c3 kino OR c3 cryo / c1 kino / c1 Rune caster

I’m kinda confused right now. I’m a level 65 Cryo.
Is it worth making a C3 Kino than a C3 Cryo… or shall I get a c1 Runecaster instead?

My Original Plan was:
Wiz > Cryo > Kino > Cryo > Cryo > Kino > Warlock

Someone told me that C3 Kino is better and leave Cryo at C2. There’s also a friend of mine who told me that c1 Kino is enough and get a Runecaster instead. I’m kinda afraid that if I leave Psychic Pressure at Level 5, It’ll affect my damage output because I’m doing the Ice Wall -> Pressure combo.

I want a Cryo that can PvE but still can do good damage on PvP

Cryo3 is asked about everyday… These are the most asked-about builds:

  • Cryo3 Kino1 RC War <> long-CD damage
  • Cryo3 Kino3 <> most CC
  • Cryo3 Chro3 <> CC + party support
  • Cryo3 Link2 War <> damage + party support
    Don’t rely too much on the Ice Wall+PP combo. It has a long cooldown, so you will not realistically use it all the time.
