It seems that Staff of this game does not want to hear about any negative comments and some suggestions for the game.

Not an insult. For example, I have seen a lot of comments about the Halloween event Dungeon where players were asking to staff to say something related to the event… All of them were deleted.

When you see the amount of work the staff in this forum can provide I hope it’s a one man person multiboxing with fake accounts, so it looks like a team paid with 30% xp tome 14 days only.
