If you play on a tablet and the controls are optimized for touch, they can be pretty enjoyable experiences.
Just look at Vainglory. Nobody thought a MOBA of all things could work on a tablet, but that game does extremely well due to the thoughtfulness of the devs in how itās designed for touch, and itās a damn good MOBA as a result.

Honestly, if the bar is set to ToS, then thereās a pretty good chance that it could actually play better.

I donāt know if Iām just getting old or if Iām just ātoo used to working with a controller or keyboard/mouseā, but the thought of having to endlessly tap my finger on a mobile or tablet screen for however long those matches last makes me cringe. I could get used to it for sure but thinking about it just triggers my nope-o-meter.
You could argue that itās no different than clicking with a mouse but at least with a keyboard and mouse setup you and alleviate clicking by offloading some of the labor to the keyboard. With a mobile itās just poke poke poke poke poke poke poke poke poke poke
Iām getting fearful just thinking about it. I hope this isnāt the next big evolution to gamingā¦ would rather have Virtual Reality =/
The DS game is where itās really at!
The game is somewhat fun but doesnāt hold any candle to the online game but can be alright for short play times. I thought about trying the tactics game however not sure if Iāll be able to get into the slow turn base fights.

Yaaaas, I loved the DS game, lol. If there ever was another fun RO game actually made by the creators of RO, that would be it.
I think puzzles are better for mobile. Like pokemon shuffle and Tower of saviors. After watching the trailer of this game I think playing a private server of Rag is a better choice.
