you could try use vpn mudfish or wtfast to improve ur ping
PLDT prefers to route through HK, not SG.
Globe is part owned by SingTel.

30-40 from Thailand hereā¦what?..why my eyes are full of tear? 
SEA: 192~200ms, and some timeouts.
NA: 230~260ms
RIP PLDT ISP.
My friend using PLDT also gets 200ms. It seems that the problem is from PLDT, not the serverās. Wierd how Iām getting 60ms though using Globe.
Another ping-test from VN
Iām playing at Klaipeda server rightnow, the latency ingame usually approx. 50ms - 200ms later than the chart demonstration due to poorly optimize this game is.
Thailand here.
True (FTTH) - 30-36ms
3BB broadband (ADSL) - 46-49ms
Uninet - 40-43ms
