I think Dota 2 and CS:GO has an in game routing function like mudfish or pingzapper thats why the ping ingame is very good. regardless of which ISP. Hope TOS can also use same technology.

u can check the ping directly to the game server with CMD instead of checking ping on some websites that possibly bring your package to travel all over the world to reach singapore.
Still 190ms from pinging that ip adddress. I may have to use WTFAST in the future.
hi i live in ph myself with PLDT Provider, is there anyway to tweak stuff just to have my ping lowered, or just the internet’s subbed speed that matters?
not at your end , contact your isp or use vpn/proxy with better route to singapore
Using PLDT myself, and after reading about Mudfish I decided to give it a go! Was happy with the results thanks for the guy mentioning about it being cheaper than Angel’s burger (cause it is!)
MUDFISH should help alot or WTFast. I recommend MUDFISH though because it’s really really cheap.

Philippines. PLDT ISP is doing nothing to fix it at the moment.
i got 200 ms :v from ph. pldt isp
at least its not 800 ms anymore. 
is it easy to use mudfish? I’m not that expert on computer stuffs and does it have a trial version to chck if it works on my part?
PH here using pldt isp. im getting 270ms in klapedia but in SEA 250ms even with wtfast ping paid booster… im pretty disappointed… I should have stayed in klapedia FUUU T_T
i think the server is not really transfered in singapore because in my cmd prompt im getting 79-85ms but when i use in //ping in-game im getting 0.300 or 300ms ping
using PLDT also, I’ve had much success with Mudfish. Got my latency down from 200ms to 65ms. Still, do it next time though, SEA servers currently are still hosted on NA, so my ping is still at 200ms in-game even on SEA server.
RIP on my 2mbps PLDT Fibr - I get 400ms-3kms now since the last 24hrs maintenance
I get below 100 ping just now when i am playing. 2mbps line. Not tm streamyx by the way.
