Hope to know the number of your ticket you sent. And more info, the system of Value âSteamâ is not responding immediately in the progress of sending data it leads to causing the problem regarding tod un-redeemable TP problem. In order to solve this issue, you need to wait for some time to receive it. Hope that my comments helped you a lot

Just a suggestion, if you can make a sticky thread with an explanation on the issues that we so desire fixed, that will help us understand what is happening in there. Because replying to a random thread wonât get read by everyone. The NEWS on the front page can also be a good place to add it in.

@STAFF_Max how do I check the ticket ID? Iâve attached a screenshot on the tickets I sent.
For the initial TP loading a week ago, after I clicked and waited for 15-30mins, they system replied with a message saying âTP failed to loadâ. After that I canât redeem the TP anymore. Please help as there are things I would like to get after maintenance today :3

Hi Max, so when does the dev team actually going to do something? Because the way you run this game, guys, you are much closer to ruining it that fixing it.
Fedimian troubles were out there for⌠a lot of time, and wrong timers in particular were here for a week and 2 fps were there forever and animation stuck is there for several months I guess, and here you are.
