in PSO2 , we get our private guild/team quarter with a team ‘Tree’ . .
maybe we could get Guild building or something, or quarter. . or something else. . . surprise us , will ya !

I still think that to this day, nothing can beat Wonderland Online’s housing system 
But anyway, I’d love to at least have barracks to be able to decorate with.
at least we need a sandbox system that can distract us from grinding, farming and so on . . for stress reliever and production

Yes, the barrack is upgradable, and you can put and move items inside to decorate it.
You can also visit other players’ barrack, and leave a message if you wish.
The position of your commanders is also saved inside the barrack so you can place them wherever you want and they will stay at the same place.
i feel like you want play the wrong game 
imc games has never said something about sandbox features, but maybe in their next FAQ the question will pop up then we will know it.
I’m going to love the barracks feature so much. Customization and personlization are my most favorite things when it comes to MMOs. When I played FFXIV I spent a lot of time mastering my crafts just for the purposes of making my own things to decorate my house. I hope the global version of ToS comes out Q4 this year (or earlier!!) or Q1 next year. It’s so hard to not get hyped! (ᗒᗨᗕ)

we already have our sandbox system . . it’s called Barrack . . that Barrack is the sandbox system of this game. . sandbox is just a term of the system.
I wanted that we can do something or do something in our Barrack, like cultivating, producing or so on, rather than only customizing and designing. .

Well, if you want a true sandbox game, ToS won’t really deliver there. You’d want a game like Peria Chronicles (unreleased) It would be nice if ToS have more sandbox elements but I don’t feel that not having much will hurt the game at all. But then again, this is still early into the game’s life so anything could happen 
ah yess… like the homebase of “Legend of Mana”, you could visit the corral tending our companion…
or garden tending our plantea friends…
i just wondering if the barrack is just one room like the picture above or you can move into other room with different theme inside?

Sounds great i would like to have something like that too. Maybe a Guilds Mansion with a Garden. A place to hang out and create/craft/grow things.
right? it will be great pain-killer , stress-reliever , while enjoying chat with friends 
Personally, I think this game has good potential for some sandbox features. Barracks and Guild territory are good enough.
