Good god I finally managed to graduate from Sadhu C3 to Kabbalist C1 which isnât really an improvement, thoughâŠ
The class is not as bad as many make it sound, but it has so many problems/bugs/glitches and the problem with the flee rate.
If you go INT you die during OOB, but if you donât go INT your OOB damage is trash. My damage is around 600-2000 damage with OOB autoattacks (5x5 star Five Hammer +5), but thatâs already with 50% OOB damage attribute, god beware the high prices to rise this abysmal damage higher.
OOB is also not affected by Blessing, Sacrament, Last Rites, Aspergillum, etc., so no way to increase that damage other than going full hardcore transcendence on Skull SmasherâŠ
I need to go for Vienarazis Mace,though, because Iâm a physical build, so no further increase for OOB damage q.q.
Basically the only decent skill is Possession, which gets randomly cancelled by some animations even if you arenât hit (Rotating attack shockwave of Pawnd/Galok, Multishot shockwave of Pawndel e.g.), because it has a ârelatively lowâ CD time and decent DOT even without any INT (my damage can spike up to 4k per hit with Blessing, usually around 1,7-3k).
However, Astral Body Explosion is total trash damage for 30 seconds CD, bad AoE, high delay, often bugged (I press the button but he doesnât explode > have to wait 3 seconds> retry> explodes) and you lose OOB state when used (+ animation delay).
Then thereâs Transmit Prana, the only Sadhu C3 skill, and all it does is cripple your character. You give up to 50% of your stats away to someone else; did they mistake him for Saint Martin, who gave half of his mantle to the poor old man in the snow? With this bad scaling, imminent life-threatening danger during OOB (0 def exitus) and other difficulties, youâre supposed to take away your health/blockrate, autoattack damage, dodge rate or SP recovery rate for the sake that someone else who already does better than you doing even better while you are doing worse?
God beware the poor soul of this sad humanâŠ
Sadhu isnât that bad, but heâs simply not good enough for a Rank 4 class. Even Bokor is way better although heâs only a Rank 3 class, with better damage capability and better support capability. Sadhu is a chimera between utility, support and damage, and that doesnât work in TOS, because the balance doesnât allow it.
The consequence is that Sadhu is bad at everything, and not a Jack of all trades as the designers may have wanted him to becomeâŠ
Btw, what is the " à€źà„à€à„à€·" [ moksha = ~liberation] the Sadhu tries to achieve in TOS? Maybe the reason why Sadhu makes us suffer is for us to transcend ourselves from the game and become free from worldly pain and greed? Then Sadhu is doing his job exceptionally well I believe.
Learn as you watch him suffer, throw away your greed to reach the next level, to be top damagedealer or to survive everything.
Shut down your client and computer, go to the next temple and pray for your release from the mundane enticements. Donât charge TP anymore. Donât play anymore. Youâre going to be freed by the game from the game and everything oppressing you

I did this in iCBT2 grinding on Orange Gribaru for a week straight going from level 139 to 169 with only an hour of sleep and even had a wisdom tooth pulled in that time frame too. My suffering of having to use keyboard mode with OOB for days on end allowed me to free myself of earthly desires. This was before the goddess IMGiltine unleashed Neczo Sorcerina upon the map corrupting it.
