You know the problem but can’t do anything about the server crasher. (Or you don’t?)

Same as Telsiai. We got crashed at fedimian ch1-2-3 and saalus 1-2. Each 5-15 min they crash again. And this happens everyday!
I don’t mind to have 1-2 days off for maintenance but please DO SOMETHING, IMC! Please put gameguard or something to keep server alive. The game itself is buggy af and now it is crashed every minute!!!

If IMC allows to refund, like 50% the money that I used to buy TP, I will ask for refund immediately and quit this game.

They will most likely not allow refunds. If they did, what would happen? IMC bankcrupt cause all players who quit since early access demand their cash back?
You can get IMC’ed when you play this game, this risk prevails even if you buy TP.

Same server, I am also in Telsiai.
i am suffering the same dilema. i keep crashing in saalus and merceny post. it not fun anymore when client is crashing
I already sent ticket about this 2 weeks ago but they just gave me automated reply and it seems they did not do anything about it…
No GMs until Monday.

The server crashing is horrendous at the moment. All day.
The Telsiai servers are dying…
NO GM until 2017, they are already in Christmas/New Year’s holiday.

Regardless of the end of year.
We should be provided with technical support, especially when the whole server is malfunctioning.
If other gaming titles can provide some sort of server upkeep, so can IMC.
IMC does not care about iTOS.
We have been repeating this over and over for the last months.
Noone should be surprised at this situation, really.
