haha, eu estou feliz com essa ida para NA, antes era lag, dc, bug e ping indo de 30 a 800 toda hora, sem contar aperda de pacotes, Infelizmente os servidores de host aki no brazil sao de pessima estrutura e só alguns seletes jogadores conseguem se comunicar bem com eles, principalmente os que mora na redondeza de sao paulo. Por mim q continue na NA, nunca joguei tao liso com meu bruxo, posso pular e soltar magia q o heroi nao fica parado na animacao, quando estava aki no brazil eu nao conseguia fazer, isso eu pulava e atk, quando ele caia ficava preso na animacao do atk kkkk.

Every day we get a different bug, like someone said before in this topic, I love the game but I hate playing it. Last day we had no chat, no friend list at all. Today we can’t connect (some of us at least). It’s really frustrating to play a game like that.
I’m probably quitting for the new PoE league this week if it doesn’t get better, and if the game is in the same state in july I’ll not even bother to come back.

Its not even about the terrible ping (worse than when I first started playing on orsha) anymore. Now I cant even log in the SA server. Theres no problem whatsoever in any other server except the SA. Like others have said, I love this game but I hate playing it. It feels like every day we open a new special box and brace ourselves for what new “gift” will be thrown at us. Since IMC moved the server to NA, on good days we only have to deal with random dcs and absurd lag spikes.
To cut this rambling short: I bought two founders packs and so far I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth in entertainment. Promises were made recently that things would change and communication would be better between IMC and us, players. Well then please do humor us on what the heck has been going on with the SA(NA) server and whats the ETA on the transfer back to brazil.

Problem with SA and brazilian is Brazilian only work for people on brazil. everybody else that live outside brazil, but in Latam cant play with the server on Brazil. I live on Venezuela, why when the sever are locate on NA my ping is 50-80, but when are locate on brazil are over +600 all the time. i cant play when server are locate on brazil at all.
IMC need to make a server for only brazilian people. and one server for the rest. or allow rest of us move to NA server with transfer. honestly i dont wanna play more with brazilian at all.

Or you are lying, or you had a different issue dear gamer. I’m from São Paulo - SP - Brazil and connection to servers located at Venezuela usually the pings are around 180~230, not to mention that I can’t even reach more than 20~30Mbps of download… I’ve a connection of 100D/50U Mbps and on other farther international servers I can use it fully and freely, sometimes even with the same or a little better ping than on VE servers… just face it, most internet providers from your country sux.

That depends on the server xixorochi. Not all brazilian servers are that bad… if that was true we wont have so many multinational companies working here for years and many others willing to come. Our internet is one of the worst on the globe, but mainly when we talk about residential customers… if IMC come to choose the right internet provide here and have the will and money to do so, hey can acquire a trustworth corporate internet connection that will do wonders to all LATAM players. Just dont expect that from residential internet plans…

Problem with brazilian server are routing. all the rest of latin american have problem with routing to brazil. Brazil server are only good for brazilian period. this is proof time after time. riots / blizzard server in brazil are only for brazilian, everybody else play on NA servers. Internet on my country maybe sucks. but problem is routing to your country. is the same for others games. since the game was move to NA, i have 0 problem 0 lag. this problem are not magical fix dude.

Brazil have a huge “boom” on data centers is mostly because your law vs ciber pirate is very poor to said the least. Riots server / blizzard servers have to move/make they players base play on NA servers because routing problems. this is not new at all. is a well know problem with brazilian servers for not brazilians…

Now at least the servers are more stable. Ya, the ping is near 180-300, but is possible to login and play. For some reason, that high ping don’t affect my gameplay (either melee, range, magic, auto-attack or skill) But when it was on BR, the ping was from 130-800, and the lag was BAD. if you tryed to log, you needed to queu or die. So, ya… i prefear it on NA. Anyway, no sure what going to happen when LevelUp setup their server… the community going to split, for sure.

They need to find a a good server solution to SA (not only Brazil) , get back to Brazil without find a decent server it is better keep the way it is right now, so please wait for a good solution , don’t press IMC for a stupid solution, the ping will improve yes it will , but in the other hand we will get massive lag , lots of disconnects, and i live in são paulo if someone is wondering, the city where the server was hosted , and it was really bad playing with the server in SP, at morning it was ok to play tough

Relocate the server back, please!
I prefer to play with 50 ping in a server thats suposly have a “ddos” than a server with 400 ping with no ddos!

I had to quit the game because I lost at least 40% of my dmg with my chat, I can’t auto attack properly now. Waiting for SA host, but tbh… I don’t think we’ll have one.
