My ping was 30ms but the server response was horrible and extreme delayed, almost impossible to play and cast any skill, now i can play much faster even with 200ms, all my QS3 Auto Atacks are faster than was before in São Paulo Server, I think your connection is unstable, try a VPN you will see that new server is much better than before.
This is getting annoying to repeat; why what when about Sillute server.

Yeah I’m gonna ditch my QS until they relocate back to Sao Paulo. Gonna start a Wizard or Cleric I guess.
Of course some people can play at higher ping now, and this is simple due to the fact that the ping can, actually for now, be stable. @joaoalmeidarx you said you had 30 ms ping, but have you checked its stability? 30-450 ms is much worse than 200-250ms. Much much worse one could not even say it.
Ping at SA server was 114-700ms, now i am playing at stable 160-180ms, with rare SPIKES to 200ms, the stability is so good i can even feel it. If i was that selfish, i would prefer for the server to stay at NA. But of course, this is not the right action.
Everyone can come and cry about how things are right now. One day, one week, one month. Heck, the way stuff are right now, unfortunately, leads to a situation at which the only option for a solution is this which we are currently in. Otherwise, they would have done any other thing and the server may even had remain in Sao Paulo, but as you see, that was not an option.
Unfortunately, only thing you can do right now, is try to play the game with what it can offer to you currently. There are lots of people from Sao Paulo saying that the ping is higher but for some reason, the server is answering quickly, and that is due to latency stability.
Stability > ping number.
200-250ms > 70-470ms.
Other than that, the only option left for you is to stop playing the game for the moment and come back when it is moved back to Sao Paulo.
And what if it is not moved back to? Just do not come back.
Unfortunately, this is the situation.
SAME HERE, Im quiting to play with my Wizard, Cant cast magics without 2~3 sec frezzed with delay. 
For me its funny to see people saying that the older server wasnt “stable”… i mean, except for the “character stuck in X map” I never had problems ( and after the fix this never happened again)
Sometimes ping incresed but only in maps with alot of players or few channels
Now, just because of a few people with bad internet, all the server was put in NA… now EVERYONE have high ping…
PVP dont exist anymore, if you use any buff or skill theres a chance of your character stuck in place with the pose while everyone hit you…
Now my QS is weak because she dont gain the Attack Speed (because of the ping she attack slowly, dont know why) and my Linker is useless (I use the strings and the pull after, but because of the lag the monsters sometimes dont are pulled or sometimes they are pulled but a half second later they come back to their original place)…
Thats… thats just sad…
Edit: I still have doubts about this “DDos”… Like I saied, never had connection problems…

I’m sad about my QS 
I’m love this class, and want soo much to play with my two Quarrels, but is really weak now.

You know that you’re not the only player in SA server right? You was getting lower ping before, but a lot of people were getting heavy lag, or couldn’t even play. While I was playing in Klaipeda my ping was always at 150-200, in the SA server that was supposed to be lower I did a test and the ping was at 400s, and I live close to were the server was located.
We just dont accept be treated like garbage and when we are treated like that, we fight until get better. Thats why we got our corruped president out by force, we dont like to be stepped on

The only thing I’m asking is a game nice and clean.

Take a QS3 and try to play with 350ms, its really weak. I just want to play with my class without lag.
I know, but I have 20 friends playing the game and noone was lagging.
I just want a clean game for everyone.
One server locade on Brazil, with no lag.

if ur ping sucks try stuff like wtfast i mean wtf i played for 7years on international Ragnarok Server from Europe and never had ping issues.
Why I’ll be satisfied? My damage drop around 30-40%.
Are required to use a paid program, simply because the company does not have a decent server is kinda stupid. 
well the problem was the SA server… poor countrys poor servers u know?
and there are various free options to optimize ur ping… just sayin
meanwhile EU server has some issues aswell but we know they are working on it so no one is bitching 24/7 on the forums like SA ppl do (must be some kind of hobby)
And the problem is not only on the SA Server, people from other Servers also complain of constant lag.

I don’t even feel bad, all QSs act like retards on dungeons, i have 0 sympathy towards that class.
That aside, the ping has improved on my end, used to go from 70 and spiking to 400 all the time now it’s much mroe stable, i also don’t need to worry about being kicked out of a map or being stuck at one.
