It’s been ages and I have been going back to the Chronomancer master repeatedly without any luck.
Any info on how to get her rune stone?
The only known way to get it without waiting forever randomly is to install the addon “show hide buff”.
If you don’t have the addon manager installed yet, here it is: https://github.com/JTosAddon/Tree-of-Savior-Addon-Manager/releases
Then you can simply search for this addon and install it. Then you target/select the Chronomancer Master on map, and she’ll show she has a buff on and how much you still need to wait to get it.

you can just afk in stele road for 3 hours. Stay on the same channel just keep waiting and after 3 hours, talk to chronomancer master, do not spam at the chronomancer master, just afk at the chronomancer master.
