Do this then Swords C2 - Hop C3 - Doppel C1 - Dragoon C1 you will deal the same damage if you had picked Peltasta you just don’t have taunt and block.
I will just do this and tell anyone who has a problem with me not having taunt where to go.
I never regret playing anything if i enjoy it. If i want to play it, i play, i will never regret that.
Is there anyway for me to transfer my silver / items before I delete my swordsman ?
Stop getting into the mind set that it’s useless; You can get provoke to level 10 and will just have to skill base agro onto yourself. Not having a taunt doesn’t break the game.
Chill out and enjoy the game, you do not have to be the optimal meta copy build that everyone has.
Not optimal doesn’t mean unplayable. Your build is perfectly fine, it will just be more skill based on your part to do the same things swordies with peltasa will do.
That Swordsman C2 might hurt your overall build a little bit but it’s far from being crippling.
You have to make some adjustments but you can roll with it just fine.
If you want to stop playing the game don’t do it because you think your character will suck, in my eyes it’s actually looking pretty good.

I’m making a Pelt3 rod3 build and by no means is this an optimal for solo, dps, or pvp. I do it because it’s the build I want and I know I can still make things happen with it.
I understand you are questioning your build, but it’s not something I think you should quit the game for. You can still enjoy the game and also be useful. Like someone already said, you can get a better pain barrier. It’s not the best choice but going sword3 will make restrain useful.
I got angry and just deleted the swordsman. Problem solved it’s self.

I feel he can easily go Cat 3 so Sword2>Hop2>Cat using mainly 2h spear still be a really good build.
Your character was nowhere near “trash”, you could have kept on leveling it without any problems all the way to max level and have no problems getting into parties or clearing any content. All it required was a small change.
I am just saying this for new players reading this that feel their build is “ruined” and feel the need re-roll or get discouraged to keep on playing their character. There is always a way to make a build viable.

You realize there are eventually 10 ranks or something which means you coulda picked up peltasta c1 at any point down the line, picked up sword c3, then did hoplite C3 and dragoon and been s perfectly viable utility pve dragoon with even the ability to meddle in PvP with sword c3.
There was literally nothing wrong with your build, you fretted over basically nothing and deleted your 40 hours.
I just want to be clear here: YOU made only one mistake here, and that was deleting your character.
I would hate to see what kind of idiotic choices you make in real life with such a silly inclination for knee-jerk reactions based on a whim looking at other situations.
This seems a bit harsh, he obviously thought hard about it enough to make this thread and do what he did.
And to be honest, at high ranks you can’t afford to choose a low-rank class anymore. It’d have been much easier to swap a low ranking circle like Swordsman c2 into Peltasta c1 instead of sacrificing your Doppel c1 for Peltasta c1
he could have easily gone s3 later and would have had an exellent build.
