Please if you want to put overpowered itens in the exchange shop, fine, but make so it doesn’t give stats on pvp and beyond rank 5 so they end restricted to alt leveling itens, like a good rental itens should be
Just make them attainable by non TP means and all will be balanced out. Like a weekly 20 chain questline which will reset the non-TP versions.
I’m biased since I never liked temporary stuff, but yeah that might solve the “you must pay to use” but in this case there is way too much power involved, and the non absolute endgame pve stuff is way worse than those itens.
Also it would be a pain to make the quest X times if you have a few alts that are constantly played
Yes there is no other necklace that triumph the P2W magician necklace. The stats is a dream for all 3 of my cleric characters. Hopefully in the new itemisation patch they say they are looking into will address this. We do need more options that can match the said TP items.
Honestly I’m ok-ish with the current gacha implementation, but I’m sure not ok with the exchange shop, and it is solely as a consequence of the rental itens, I understand the increase in the costume prices( that’s the exchange for being able to trade them) and being able to trade all items for 30 medals at least gives me the impression of “we aren’t that bad” since you are guaranteed 30 coins or maybe more if you are lucky.
But those rental itens get on my nerves, and I don’t even play pvp or go ET, it might be my poor man syndrome talking but I truly think it is a waste buying temporary stuff, I prefer to buy character slots and increase my team level instead of buying an exp tome for example (tokens kinda get a pass since it is the equivalent of a paid mmo subscription)

Stat reset potion is something that is clearly not meant to be used, while I agree that they should reset all character status for free whenever a big change comes

Such rentals are a way to generate income for IMC, so why should they restrict that in any way? The past has shown they dont care about players, so that argument is off from the very beginning.

Yeah, they really need to balance things out regarding what can be bought via TP shop and what can be acquired in-game.
I’ve always been OK with pay4convenience (exp tomes, token). +91839829398112 to stat TP rental is just absurd.

These things just look like stat potions to me. Longer lasting, but they still are just stat potions since it is temporary.
It’s actually quite clever how they wrapped these stat potions into items. But theyve done a bad job marketing them for sure.
P2W was coming, but folks still wanted to turn a blind eye to the possibility of P2W gears.
