Then they shouldn’t have an event and say such things right? If they can’t even hold their ground to the words they’ve said then there is no intellectual discussion to begin with. It’s like you and me sitting here on the forums having a conversation over something I’ve said and defending it right now. You’re basically just giving them reasons and excuses to not do so saying “well maybe you could be nicer?” then how about this:

Could you pretty please give us a status update? I’m sorry if I came off as rather mean. We just would like to know if iTOS is ever going to at any point get fixed soon so people can stop being angry?
