Rank Reset for players that don't even play the game

I wasn’t there for the two weeks free reset event, I logged in for the first time in months 2 days after it was over.
Now I don’t qualify for the free rank reset, and neither does my friend which desperately wanted one, because I pushed him to log in to play a little with me, but he quickly logged off because he wasn’t satisfied with the choices he made a year ago.

Neither of us qualifies for the free rank reset. Is that fair? I’ve missed E-V-E-R-Y single free reset events in 2017, and I’m also missing the first one of 2018 because I felt like playing just before new years.

Kinda sucks, yo.

yeap, and i do wanna changed, but think. The system took FIVE level 7 gems in that weapon, i just want 3 of them back, they gave me just One. If i take ta ■■■■ weapon to hell, i will never see that gems back XD The unique think, that proves that my gems are still lost, its the existence of that weapon :confused:

Active players can also get a rank reset by reaching level 360 in case people forgot about that.

The leveling event is still going on, and if you hit lv 360 you can get a rank reset on that character (just one character tho and only the one that hit 360) the voucher also last 60 days so your friend can take his time to ponder it (take too long and he can get the 14 days one as well)

There’s also rank reset from adventurer journal.

Two weeks of free daily resets were in April. And were amazing.
What we had recently was s h i t - 15 resets without roll-back-last-rank-update. Lot of players have way more than 15 characters, so they were completely screwed.

There was no way to test out builds -properly you had to theorycraft everything and bet it will work as you predict. Or you had to waste daily reset on same character.

The people who have a very good right to complain are the ones who logged in between the maintenance periods on 26/12/2017 - 02/01/2018

  • They missed out on both the 2-week reset event and this free reset event announced yesterday
  • They are likely level 330 with outdated builds or gear or both
  • They would need to grind heavily between the time they log in and 09/01/2018 to hit level 360 to get at least one reset for their main.

This is the group of people that IMC really overlooked

Nexon changed the DPK before IMC,are complaints and whining had nothing to do with it. The Korean have their own forum just like us and it’s them who change it not us.

If we made a impact then it would if change from IMC side before NEXON.The only thing different from Ktos and Itos are some of the events.

Next time check on the TOS news website it only take a few minutes to read what’s going on.And if you can’t do that then it’s your own fault because they announce most major news on here.If your busy with real life stuff then again you made the decision to set your priorities not IMC.

The game can’t catered to everyone and I alreadycexolain what would happen if they gave out rank resets to often in this thread if you read up ^.

That was a sample, and no one really knows if it made impact or not.

I know it did, rank reset itself was an example majority of the community was asking/crying for it.

Nexon or IMC first, no one cares as long as we get things done.

Initially they were lying (or those who answered never knew) about DPK. Made the devs spurt out the truth.

If none of the complaints get addressed any newbies visiting the forum would know what they’re getting into.

Oh and if you want a major complaint that happened before, remember when they reduced the channels and everyone was ksing on alemeth, there’s like 7 parties on 1 channel. People Complained, it was fixed eventually.

Always a good idea to speak up.

People can get a reset voucher from lvl 360 until Jan 9 . Additionally people can get a reset from adventure journal once they hit lvl13 in the adventure exp which should be around team lvl 45-46. This event is really extra tbh, and this could be perm, so people can just stop playing for 30 days and then comeback for a reset.

Lol if return player rank reset is a permanent feature, I can log in once every 30 days. In a year, i will have 12 rank resets XD

Look, I usually complain about a lot in TOS, but this is not their action, you know the reason?

We had as dedicated players:

1 - [ Rank Reset ] Journal
2 - [ Rank Reset ] two-week events
3 - [ Reset ] DLC
4 - [ Reset ] for completing Lvl 360 while the Box Event.

These 30-day players will only have:

1 - Journal Reset Rank
2 - DLC Reset Rank

I think we’re in profit, right?

Then there’s that one week of nothingness in between to those who just came back. A lot are actually affected because they were busy during the holidays, applies for your #2.
