Good day GM, my TOS client having problem, it asked me to update to latest DirectX, when mine is DirectX 11.0, window 7. The game is launchable, but certain feature unable to access, such as viewing event board, open pet window, and most important the reset rank voucher i recieved does not appear in my inventory.

same here, already reclaim the voucher but it didnt appear in my inventory, instead of the voucher I received 34 stat points on my char but I can’t use those points they reset after I spent them…

This is the thought I came out after trying out different stuff:
- Tried to install different version DirectX (9.0, 10.0, 11.0)
- Tried reinstall the game
- Tried the method to solve patch problem
- Tried to play the game using different network ISP (this worked)
- Tried to turn off all antivirus program, firewall, and windows defender.
I found out that the problem that gave rise the issue for DirectX problem is missing patch files, and hei if u missing patch why don’t redownload it? This is where the problem came, by using my network to play, it automatically delete the recent patch files. I was amazed by how this could be happen due to just solely different network, and no idea how to solve this beside trying different network.
From the picture below is the patch folder from ToS, the recent patch is until 147684_001001.ipf, but it deleted till 146991_001001.ipf. Pls help me for this.
Btw just for the additional information, I tried my internet network on others computer with ToS, without surprise it also deletes the patch files and causes DirectX problem.
have you tried coping the files before and pasting them after?_?
You need to add more ram !!! I deleted the tos on C: and copied whole steam on D: redownload the whole tos file on D: worked for me
With some tries,I think i can more confirm with the problem, I am from Malaysia, using Maxis Data Plan internet services, my friend used the same data which i tried having same problem. I not sure problem arise from my ISP blocking the files by deleting or ToS files is not compatible with my ISP.
