You mean the Inquisitor (1) image? The A skill is God smash. The S skill is Smite from paladin. W is Breaking Wheel.
The Kabbasitor image shows a Paladin -> Kabbalist -> Inquisitor. The J skill is God smash. The A skill is smite (paladin).
I will clarify, the Godsmash skill has overheat and 15s cooldown:
God smash (note the overheat - depicted by yellow squares inside the ‘A’ keyboard skill)

Take all CD info with a grain of salt. If you watch at the end, the SR uses caracole with no CD being procced. They were definitely using some testing features during this video.
