just like enchant fire, the purpose is to add another line of damage.
Everyone can be op now. Yay!
Dex is even better now because of rediculous damage. Yay! (For physical classes)

Sensei, you say that is it because of the r8 high base damage and transcend can get you like crazy high physical attack that putting points in str has miniscule impact now? Therefore jus go high dex and for awesome crits?
