To temporarily fix it try to log on a random character on any other server and go back to your server and queue again. Two friends managed to get on dungeons this way.
This is not a solution to the problem but if it works at least you can run your instances while waiting the problem to be fully fixed.

Unfortunately the hotfix doesn’t work for silute or fedimian.
The bug has been reported months ago, I’m surprised that they still haven’t fixed it. IMC…

Welp. Sorry :< Tried to help >< Thought it would work because a friend complained about it, guess it just worked randomly for them.
i don’t think imc is able to fix this, it has been a issue in ktos since 2015 so don’t have your hopes up… 
Reinstaled the game and it solved the issue (though it might be another cause).
Also reinstalled the add ons after this and the queue still worked. If something retroacts to the issue, I will edit this post.
for those who has the same problems in queieng just like me, you need lvl 50 char or lvl 100 char in any other server, just que on another server in any dun then cancel, then comeback to your original server then que again, mine was fixed, hope it works have fun, goodluck and God bless.
easy u just need to delete other server all character and only can play 1 server auto match will fix
