Question about pets

Hi everyone

After searching web and forum a bit i didnt find what ive wanted. And my question is about pet. Do they have any kind of cap on how much we can train them ? Atm im leveling him to use him to help my alts a bit and in future probably i will use him on hunter (a class that im interested in ) but i dont know how much i can train him in one stat to max it(if it can be maxed) or its better to distribute it across all his stats.

Attack and crit are the stats you want on pet. everything else are just silver sinks and are there for fluff. And i think you’ll hit silver cap way before you could max a stat (if its even possible).

and what about accuracy? its useless? ive trained some point in there on my pet

mostly useless. your pet wont miss monsters if they are around pet’s level.

it would be nice to hear from you huys about pet training cap…because if there is o cap then someone can boost a pet to a point where an allt can one hit bosses from 1-600 lvl if they had that much money

If they have that much money they’ll probably get a ban for some kind of abuse/exploit. Price for next training of same attribute increases by 7% compared to previous one. If you decide to train one stat of pet every level then by level 600 your training will cost 1.07^600 * base_price.

For example: cheapest stat training starts at ~250 silver, by level 600 you will have to pay 106,710,368,537,475,956,151 silver to increase that stat by 1.

atm max pet lvl is around 400 but even if itll cost so much…there is also pet “gear” probably not implemented yet. I know pet is a money sink but i feel there/should be a cap for stats like with skill upgrade on our chars and i want to know (if there is a cap) where te cap is

with exponential growth of price while the stat growth is linear they just might not implement a cap to begin with.

Also by the looks of things maximum amount of silver player can have is about 2.147b (4-byte integer). Now it shouldnt be hard to calculate the cap for stat has starting cost of 250: it is about 236.

I wouldnt call +230 attack on top of natural progression of pet OP.
