At last… i gonna cry! Hell breathe now buffed in ktos again. 3% to 2% sp consumption. When channeling hell breathe, melee attack will be resist and will damage nearby enemy.
So now lets hope this patch will come to iTOS asap!
*i know there are announcement said what ktos changes might diff with iTos. But i just hope it comes to us too soon!
