Its a moot discussion either way.
The class is defined as Attack/Support regardless.
Only classes that lack the the Support label in Cleric tree are Druid (attack),Bokor(attack), monk (attack)Paladin (defense) and Pardoner (Crafting)
but Paladin and Pardoner are very supportive. Especially since Pardoner crafts support spells :stuck_out_tongue:

All in all you still have two ranks as a foundation bare minimum before you’re not a support, which basically puts the overwhelming majority of clerics as being able to meaningfully contribute to the parties well being over simply DPS.

I always heal or at least leave the titles there if they want to use them. I resu to but I admit sometimes it s to afk people so they can be killed again. I can say I m not pure good or pure evil, just a bit of both.

Not a Monk yet. Going Monk. Heal kinda works for now. I’m only level 76. XD

we can oudps swordsmen, i know that, zaibas outdmged wizards until rank 5, other than that we can come close but probably cant outdmg archers and endgame wizrads

not concentrate enough, cannot be a healer, as a healer, too many keys to press and too many thing need to be concentrate, buff run out, player HP, attack on mobs, skill cd, own hp, etc. Healer is a great job. Every MMO i will choose healer as main job, the main reason was i hate eat pot ^^. TOS healer is great when u change to chaplain. it’s can dps a lot too.

To me the Cleric tree in ToS seems to be the most diverse, and you can play a lot of different roles in a party. From full support to dos to weird hybrids everyone should try the Cleric tree.

For me it has been the most fun class so far, especially Priest->Chaplain. You get to fill a weird dps/support/healer role and while you are not the “best” at any you’re very versatile for party play.

One weird thing I have noticed about ToS though is that groups don’t really seem to understand your buffs (mostly Revive) or will run away from heals in mission/dungeon (mostly Mass Heal). Other than that tiny frustration Cleric tree is great :sparkling_heart:
