The worst part is getting all those 14 days anvils. When they hit less than a day left, you’re like “I’m sure if I use 2 of them both will fail… oh but if I dont use them I lose them.” And of course you use them and everytime you do that both fail. 
At least the last time this happened to me they were silver anvils, so I managed to avoid the unholy trinity: -2 enchantment, -2 pot, and having to PAY for the disaster. 
I think you will feel better after watching this:
