Players don't seem to understand the Preliminary Announ. about the DPK Issue

Let me make this simple for you:

1. The compensation is due to all the accounts blocked for a mistake MADE BY THE DEVS, in a maint that was supposed to fix the DPK problem. Almost every map was with abnormal drop rate. What is your concept of abuse and illicit? Even people that were just grinding or buying stuff from market were affected. This was no bug, nor some random exploit.
2. The staff will retrieve the items obtained during the “event”. If you, for some reason, was not blocked and can keep playing normally, what is to compesate for??
   3.For God’s sake, roll back is out of question. Earth Tower, Saalus, DGs, Appraiser and Shinobi Flowers, Market … with more than one char for almost every base player. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Exactly, and the cubes/scrolls are a gamble, most aren’t gonna get anything from it, the token, I’m pretty sure the ones who are blocked and didn’t abuse the bug can make silver to buy a token in 1-2 hours playing, so they could buy lots of tokens in 4-7 days, I know I can make 3mil in ~2 hours if I want to.

they will have those items deleted and will get compensation for the time they could not play.

90%? from where are you getting this number? and the intentions of such ppl is for IMC to judge them individual by individual which is exactly what they are doing right now.

Now your thinking straight. The way i see it, if someone tried to hide the items, by endlessly trading (for example), then he acted in bad faith / malicious intent. So this player should have a temp ban, because he/she got in the way of the STAFF. As Letitia mentioned before, i am too against any perma ban. The server issue wasnt specific, even low lvl maps were raining gems of mobs.

Oh, almost forgot. 90% probably did farm the items. But my guess is that only 10% of them tried to hide it.

My biggest wish is that accounts come back up today/tomorrow instead of the full 4-7 days.

That’s most likely true, but they said they’re gonna try to finish by Monday, which may just be wishful thinking, but would be nice.

That is not how its work. People who save the items. Still affecting the economy of the game. And of course they profit from it.

Still if you read about the DPK bug, logged in, gathered as much as possible and kept it in your account without selling it in hope you can keep it later after the fix you get the following for trying to abuse it:

(1) [Event] Token: 30 Days x1
(2) Letitia’s Secret Cube 10+1 x1
(3) Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x20
(4) Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x10
(5) Earth Tower Entry Voucher (14 Days) x10

I won’t call this fair for trying to cheat. At least stupid morons that directly tried to sell the stuff get punished.

Abuse and cheating?! You need a dictionary or something? You know all the maps were dropping with like 1000x drop rate? You know that news players that were only grinding thoses 10 lvl in West Siauliai Woods got tons of gems unintionally too? Ba dum tss
