Pink hair quest?

hi i do that quest right now and i no get the pink hair or the item sp+20 someone know why i no get?

i mean that:

If you finished the Quest, go to your Achievement Tab, search for the Pink Hair Achievement and Click in the Chest icon. Your Character automatically get the +20 SP when he finished the quest, no item needed anymore.
