I advise you to call your ISP, a 78s ping means they need to fix your connection. 
But only with tos? I mean, other stuffs are all normal
my ping just changed but thats when the channel is get loaded with this other players.

stop downloading pr0n, your connection is capped, someone is using all your upload, your mom is watching golden girls re-runs on her ipad again.
Its not tos its you, 78 second delay, lol over a minute and a half delay means your connection is being bottle necked most likely something is capping your uploads out.

well if you keep spamming pings, you’re guaranteed to find occasional pings that get lost.
there’s literally dozens of machines between you and the server. one of them is bound to hiccup occasionally. this is the nature of the internet.
a 78 second ping means… that one of those machines probably crashed entirely, and the signal had to reroute around a sudden hole in the “road”. the fact that they remained connected at all is actually a pretty good indicator that the system -is- stable.
