nope they are both EP11 so T10/+11 and the minor stat difference is not important here

Gems add their atk directly to the SHOWN atk of your weapon and the pet gets the exact average of min+max atk of it -> red gems do in fact matter
You are correct. I forgot this was the case. I shall amend it.
Edit: Changed info regarding gems. Gems do affect the pets attack.
However this is only the case with weapons. Shields for the armor slot do not.
