May I know what does the Maximum Provocation actually do? I’m confused with the number of targets and the added Maximum Provocation.
pretty sure it’s the amount of enemies that can be attacking you at one time. in fields it’s about 4, and dungeons 6-10.
I think it’s 8 for both
you mean the amount of enemies provoked? 11 if you put 5 points in 1st circle

Or is this the aggro value that will keep the mobs focused on you?
im pretty sure its aggro value
it makes up for your lack of damage from going pelt 3
21 things atk you and if you have no damage people would cry themselves to sleep when it goes south
