Bug Description :
The item Pavaisa Shield is not tradeable even after you craft it.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
There’s no reason for this. Make it tradeable, seems like an oversight.

The shield recipe is a drop not a quest reward.
since magic amp has only half of the effect than magic power or ele dmg its pretty much useless
but maybe you get lucky and someone without any knowhow thinks its good and buys it
