At some point Gem Feud and GTW were supposed to adopt the same rules that govern TBL which would remove TP pots from usage, but I donāt know if that ever happened in KTOS or if it was scrapped.

Yeah but thatās a Genbu Armorās formula problem not the potions themselves.
I find these potions super useful for PvE, specifically CM Stage7ās and with the incoming nerfs to Heal/Massheal/HF, having these potions are good to have. On a side note, the game has been P2W since Leticia cubes came out.
Some classes/skills make PvP broken, not the potions, like Bear(99% damage reduction, 1-shot Joint Penalty, Genbu Armor, etc).
To conclude, iād like to see these potions being a permanent feature with restrictions just on PvP content.

Items should not replace players support skills.
Why even bother receiving heal from a cleric if you can heal better with cash pots.

I donāt think all Leticia cubes are p2w. Although it is pretty annoying when there DL card and T8 scroll. But those two, not really a TP exclusive so I am, hesitant to say, dislike but feel it is minimum acceptable.
Now, if one day they start selling crap like, lv 6DL card cube, yeah Iām done.

There are two factors when considering if an item is p2w: exclusivities, and power level. I donāt want to make this a research paper, and I havenāt think about it carefully so I will not talk about power level here.
There are two types of exclusivities. Full exclusive, and half exclusive.
Full exclusive is easy enough to understand, I believe only power-free items are acceptable in this category. But for not exclusive, in short, it is the difficultty.
Answer this question: how likely am I going to get it if I work hard?
Is getting 160 blessed gem (T10 two-handed weapons) hard? Yes.
But can I get it through working hard? Yes. In fact it is not even that difficult if you put in an hour everyday. In fact you can get 3 per day if you do gem feud twice and saalus 3 times. Not to mentioned if you run more than that or buy off market. Ofc, I think selling T10 scroll will be unfair, just like you. Did I buy the T8 package? No.
Now how about a +40 weapon? Statistically speaking it is almost impossible without diamond anvil, even though it is āpossibleā. In this case, the difficultty reaches a level which is impossible even for the most dedicated player.
I think thats where I drew the line. Is it annoying when they put DL card in the cube? Bet your ass yes. But the underline here is that I can get DL card just the same if I work hard. Again, did I buy it? No.
I criticized enchant scroll highly untill recently they put that in cm cube, which is why I declassified it now.
Know that I still hold on to the enchant scroll from day 1 DLC package simply because I donāt agree with the business model. All the scrolls I used is from my cm cube.
Oh and some mentioned token. To some degree I agreed with them, but understand this is a free to play game, and I see that token as their monthly subscription fee. Even though I can just buy it from market for less than 10m, which I can make in two days, casually. I still pay TP for it, because this is a middle ground I can stand on instead of Leticia/goddess cube or other packages, which Iāve never spend or will spend a penny on it. Esstentially, I only use TP shop to spend 5 free TP, token, and costumes. nothing else, I donāt even buy pet if it has TP fused power within it.
Now, some people can still complain that they donāt have time to play. What makes them think they can just have everything effort free?
