So since it’s official now.
Musketeer: high damage %, bad with 99999 damage cap, weapon swap delay, musket user.
Cannoneer: AoE siege turret, slow, crossbow + cannon user.
Falconer: blitzbeat all over again. AoE utility support. No weapon restriction.
SR3: Map-range multi-hit and mobility, crossbow + mana mana user.
HaKKapAlle: requires arrowed enemies to debuff and deal damage, melee range, sprint, sword user, goodbye mana mana off-hand.
Mergen: 2H-bow user, great vs flying, AoE arrow skills, either 0cd or at least 3 overheat on all skills.

Look closely at the damage lines when the rodelero doesn’t attack and turns around, the damage lines should come from the arrows. Edit: it’s oblique shot. Bummer
