Numbers of daily dungeon entries should be reduced

If there’s two ways to progress, and one of them is much more efficient than the other, then would it not be a better alternative to improve the one that’s lacking, rather than worsen the one that’s better?

The key here is to have a great synergy among the different leveling alternatives which are questing, field grinding and instance runs. Some players prefer one method over the other while some players like to mix a little bit of both. It’s really nice that once you get tired of questing you have an alternative.

Here’s a suggestion:

*Quests - Should not hinder you from progressing through the game/accessing a map or level. Quests that reward equipments/recipes should be accessible anytime (side quest) unless it’s specifically an event item or the likes. More repeatable quests! Party quests!

*Field Grinding - Increase in mob density or respawn rate would really help. Improve the party-finder system further. Make partying more rewarding bonus regen, bonus drop rate, or whatever, the longer you stick together. Alternative maps/mobs for specific level range (more choices, more fun).

*Instanced Dungeon - Please make mobs inside instances drop their respective drops and tone down the XP gained a little bit. Make instance run more interactive, put puzzles or whatever, instead of just killing the boss.

And… I know a lot of you might disagree with this, but I think they should remove the XP diminishing returns from monsters that are lower level than you. I hate that they are forcing us to move to the next map. We will move eventually, let us take our time.

The dailies are really going to feel like chores after the game has been out for a while and they’re not new anymore. I’d like to have a lower weekly cap (like 15-20 runs a week, done in 3-4 days of dungeon running) so you don’t have to focus mainly on instances every single day, combined with other types of content getting better rewards or limited bonuses to promote variety.

If a game gets too efficient and easy, everyone will be done with everything quickly and get bored.

That’s true. Is that the case with the current daily dungeons though?
