Don’t.
Just don’t. One of the defining traits of super sayans is that they have insanely long cast times on powerful attacks (powering up ONE fireball for several episodes, anyone?) and mostly just use auto-attacks. You don’t want a class that relies MORE on auto-attacks and has LONGER cast times/cooldowns than what we have already.

Another post by someone who chooses a DPS based character made for PVP, and goes on calling all other support and fun classes noobs simply due to damage output.
