Nostalgic Games You Used To Play

They aren’t exactly that old but I’m very nostalgic towards the Monster Hunter series on the PSP, from Freedom to Portable 3rd. Was the series of games that eased me into gaming.

Still remember the first time I’ve fought a Tigrex. I crapped my pants due to the sheer aggressiveness of it, so I fought so cautiously to the point his hp low enough so it moved to the northmost area of the snow mountain map where I proceeded to cheap shot it with the bow on the top of that area, hitting only its tail till it died lol. Good times, good times.

I had no idea that so many veteran gamer were playing this game. I won’t give up hope on this game being as so many of us have joined together in one place.

I hear and read a lot of flame threads about bots killing the game. Have conventional methods been used enough? I mean most communities find ways to lure bots away from an area. Like putting on clothing avatars that closely resemble the mob color in the area and see if they are using some kind of color macro device. I’m sure if the players work together someone will find a way to thwart most bot programs.

MW2 was by far the best COD that came out. Open maps with less of a sand box feeling was part of its lore. Now COD 3 I paid for a bundle package to find out most if not every action the game has. Was copied right from the Destiny skill base. The maps are more sand box than ever and had me reach back into my wallet and pay for Hardline. RIP COD

Makes me want to play it again as well, haha. Then I remember that my old PSP’s battery died out a year or so back, and I couldn’t get a replacement for it now :sweat:

On the other hand, there is the MonHun online. And there’s recent news about an english patch as well.
