Yeah I got this too, and now forced to redownload the whole game file. If this persists, then I dunno If I could still take anymore. LOL

I did the cache thing and worked for me, but the textures are so bugged :disappointed_relieved:

It worked for me! But only worked one time after redownloading the file.

Well I had to delete my user.xml and just set my resolution full screen. I had also set my client_tos.exe to run in Windows XP SP 3 compatibility mode.
