The reason for IP block is usually the developer will get a lot of profit + bonus from the publisher. It is meant to increase the income.
and i do realize its about profit between both the pub and the devā¦ still man can hope for the better ehā¦
been stalking this title for years and if they gonna crush our dreamā¦ well, better invest to another game then 
Game is not even released yet, better wait than getting hyped or getting conclusions too soon
for korean and china doesnāt need the game to be released yet to get their official statement from IMC to ban their regional IPā¦ they give us a horror hint that every country that get their own local pub canāt get access to the international one, thats why i got this damn ugly state of mind for the worst thing could happen to our pub and dev partnership profit mindset

Iām in Queensland Australia so all latency is bad. i will be spending some dollars on battleping to boost my latency for sure.
