god, this event sucks. And don’t come with consolation prizes, lvl 2 Keista Potions are garbage.
Why even bother doing this shyt?
I mean the event is presented as a “search” but all you do is jump from platform to platform with the worst jumping mechanics I’ve ever seen in any game.
I liked jump challenges in e.g. Spyro the Dragon or Mario 64, but there you had multijumps&running involved in jumping, here the distance is just exactly measured and if you jump like 0,02 cm too early you fall down.
Sorry but that is no search for a treasure, it’s another frustrating chore with unreasonable “rewards”.
Good for those who don’t mind doing this crap, I’m not going to bother with an event that’s a total fraud, not being a search at all but instead a retarded jumping bull designed by people who seemingly have no idea of how Jump&Run games work.
Might be, but IMC seems to be a company with genius people that are able to undercut their previous glory ideas with even more badly designed/flawed events following them.
Instead of designing such things they should work on unbugging the game, balancing Classes that actually need it ( i.e. not-Musketeers) and stop bringing issues into the game that make AMD processor users miserable.

I think this time can still be beat though, if somehow the moving platforms get stuck at the right place and maybe a few more seconds if loading new parts of the map didn’t cause frame drops.

You are one of the most toxic people I’ve seen on this forum. I truly feel sorry for you.
Anyway back to the topic. This was the event that finally made me quit. I’ve cleared jumping puzzles in other games and I’m in no way a bad player (my raid group used to take the world first achievements in most raids). But this is an isometric game with no perception of depth, some tiles are impossible to predict and are only achievable by trial and error. I play a single character, so I am limited to a single attempt each day. Sure it’s easier to do it properly with zoomy, so that you can actually see where you are supposed to jump, but ■■■■ that, I refuse that we have to use an addon to make this event somewhat enjoyable. It’s Christmas time, I already hate the fact that we are forced to do these type of events, because the value is too good to miss, but this was supposed to be “thank you for playing our game” type of event. Also, good luck anyone affected by a millisecond of lag.

while I agree with you on everything else, I don’t really believe that 1000 attribute points a day per character are really worth spending time on that (Unless you play sooo many alts that you can’t fund them without being a whale).
My main has most attributes already maxed out(especially the damage attributes) and I don’t see a reason to “git gud” just for some alts that rake me some blessed shards and silver at Saalus and (aside of that) are scroll crafters, repair shops or pot crafters.
It’s just a waste of time, even if you can finish it in 2 minutes. 2x 11 characters +20 seconds log in log out cycles is nearly half an hour spent on doing something for basically no gain(i.e. getting attribute points on undergeared and useless characters).
21000 attribute points are worth wayyyy less silver than I make in 3 weeks, and I hate chores.
Saalus is already bad enough cutting away parts of my playtime, but this is even worse.
I rather keep farming random stat gears, sell good ones I can’t use and keep the ones I need while scrapping the bad ones(so I have enough dusts to reroll good equipment), that’s a way better time investment if I want to move forward in this game instead of spending more time on useless characters that exist just to fund/build my main.
Tree of alts is still real,gg

I had to get used to jump before actually the point where I thought it was the right moment. And sometimes it was like my character hit it’s head on something…
Don’t think I’ll be ever able to get 1000status in one run
There is an issue with the moving platforms where if you jump as they are moving it will cause your head to bump on an invisible ceiling.
Best idea is to just wait it out, unless you are going for a crazy time for bragging rights. As long as you don’t fall you can still get over 7minutes.

2nd day i always fell on the air like my character was hitting an invisible wall or something
3rd day i started getting used to the plataforms perspectives (they’re not quite where they look they are)
today i managed to get 500+500 on every single of my characters

fastest run 
i still manage to get 1000 point without zoomy or any addons, you just have to keep trying instead of played as a sr and hold down your c like a casual player
