Just wait, players gotta be more patient man. Before that photo was shown here so many of the players were jumping into conclusion that capped level will be introduced w/o rank9. It just doesn’t make sense for IMC do that.
and if you expect a big patch to come next Tuesday, you might be disappointed as well.

I think it is not ready yet as of the other class are broken and they keep on revamping. Better they remove also some skills that are useless ingame.

I totally agree with u, but i do not expect new patch comming, just a preview of new class or classes, could be a singular hidden class coming.
I do get the point of expecting nothing, now i can consider myself quit, just because i log to do daily event quest and log out, so i think i create expectation to new stuff come, and be motivated again.
Lets wait and see what will happen!

Would be neat if they made it so you can pillage chests from bosses.that dropped to the ground, in which you could use the unlock chest skill on that contained various goodies. 
You can pillage cubes from field and world bosses now, tho.
I’ve been wanting to do that but can’t, for the life of me, come up with a build. I have to wait for all the classes to come out.

That “was” the plan but I can’t go for another shino (specially with the new flower locations … for the love of Laima I can’t) nor do I want to go murm without pelt/rod. I wanted at least hop1 for [stabbing] (cuz I like the skill and it doesn’t lock me into a weapon). I have to wait and see my options with the remaining ranks.

I don’t think it’s that big of a deal.I’d rather them take their time to translate it and work on it with as little error as possible.
I see no reason to rush upcoming content anyway
Id just wait till r9 is released, atleast then id have something to do after i turn r9.

r9 isnt needed, just decent pvp content and pve content that isnt ET in its current form

Just PvP and GvG wont save the game either. Se need both contents, pve and PvP. And How boring Will bem fight without anything New in the New mapas 
What we essentially need is content. I won’t say that rank 9 is not needed since it has been promised already and people are eagerly waiting for it.
Optimal solution would definitely be content and rank 9 released at the same time. What is happening now is a bit unfortunate but I think it’s fine if rank 9 doesn’t delay too far. This in the end seems far better than the model they came up with for rank 8.
I hope we get previews at the very least during october.
With all respect to the people who want so badly rank 9, but this game doesn’t need it now. There’s a lot of other issues much more important to be solved before it comes. I know that ICM promissed rank 9, but it won’t make a single difference later. People will get rank 9, new classes and end up doing the same ol’things (doing dailies and root’em up on shouts talking non-sense, complaining about everything).
Anyway, by the fact that Shadowmancer’s items appeared in the ktest (or ktos?) files… At least one new classe will come soon (even as a hidden class, for everyone’s pain).
I just expect those changes don’t come too late for itos, because it’s becoming harder to level up new characters without people to do dungeons and mercenaries (I’m not sure if they’re quiting or just become lazy to not do more chars). Anyway, new content without rank 9 isn’t a problem.
At least they’re doing something. Not that I’m happy with that, yet… But they’re doing something. Only time will tell how good those new stuffs will be!
