Need help for TOS download client

My problem is that I cannot install TOS client. I am just planning to buy early access but due to insufficient funds I cannot buy it for now. Can I download the client even with out paying? Also another problem was that I cannot download the client because of this “IN LIBRARY Tree of Savior (English Ver.) is already in your Steam library 118.0 hrs on record”. I cannot find TOS in my steam client library. Sorry for my bad grammar. PLS HELP T^T

Well er… I think u just cant download the new client without paying the DLC…

and some old client problem also might cause by this

About the new ToS Steam store page status

Only thing I can confirm is we are unable to buy the DLC before "buying" the free game. I tried that before I'm afraid there's no easy solution to this, however, as it's steam's limitations. Maybe keep as before with big bold letters: AVAILABLE ON MARCH 29

You can’t run the game anymore until opening day, even if you already have the client installed.

They recently did a change to the store page “the game will unlock in 7 days…” which is preventing you from launching it. They did this because of all the negative reviews from people complaining there was no server on the login screen.
