This one is way better than your first build with ele2, not my prefered build tbh but works on some degree. The only reason to get ele2 is ugrading it to ele3, and RC doesn’t make much sense for the build compose.

i asked my friend about this he said this build is good for pvp stone curse = elementalist + cast wiz3 any thoughts?
It’s not bad, but it’s far from good compared to other classes, stone curse is not that good. If you want a mage build focused on pvp, i would recomend getting anything with kino or cryo. Kino got a nerf on kTos actually, but still better than other classes to pvp.

I’m not really sure about pvp. I only tried with several classes and I can win easily. Sleep + Familiars they usually die.
