My Ticket Problem

Hi, i already submitted 2 ticket for the monthly TP spending limit and i still got some trouble:
The 1st time i submitted the ticket i got 2 automatic answer from support and then waited for 2 weeks without any other reply or info.
I submitted so a 2nd ticket and got a fast reply cause i still have my TP frozen, the support team said to me that the problem was solved and now i can spend my TP without any limit.
Today in the end i have done another ticket since the problem still persist, cause since the support team said to me the problem has been solved i shopped more TP and now the old one and the new one are frozen.
Id like to say i will be patient about it but this situation seems like a bad joke, so is there any way to solve this problem? or i have to submit a ticket for a total refound? since i already spent my money but i cant spend my TP.

Thats the problem…3 ticket, said solved, nothing solved.

That’s why I said to wait :expressionless: you are sending thickets to an online game support, they always suck (at least 99% of the time)…

my advice would be to wait it out or pm a staff member and see if that helps
