My game client error and close

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. do dun
  2. logout and change char
  3. when click login i saw it said connection error and game immediatly close on it own (no time to take ss)
  4. i wonder why i still playing this…

  • this isnt first time with this connect or lag problem.
  • sometime i just stand in ch6 but dc to lodge(sometime kicked to title screen)
  • sometime got vga during learning att (i still reading and not yet click any, how come it vga???)
  • cant do cm on anymap without vga 1 per time
  • whole party vga or dc when do et or velcoffer
  • velcoffer always delay during fight first boss
  • when load character into the game. game always freeze at least 3-5min but this just happen sometime

yes my main have met all those problem. but all other char got dc and delay when do cm as usual

thank you for sharing useful information.
but i have try on 4 pc and all got the same vga problem
i was tried re-install game, install in differnet folder, delete both game and steam and re-install
all always lag as hell when enter to map or some group of player pass by
and first time after i open the game and login character into game always lag and freeze for 30seconds or 5minutes <<< now this happen everyday

and today i just doing saalus and change toon to another
when i enter it popup error connection and closed game -_-
i understand game a bit instable and staff try to fix it for now…

but now i like to ask for stop develop rebuild and pls fix the issue :tired:

well now all we can do is waiting until TOS dev team fix it :tired:

while there is a visible problem with the new patches

there is also the factor that the internet provider has some problems with the server that could add to the problem

this happened to me 3x for this year, one way to check it out is trying to play on a different server, i made characters in NA so i can still play the game if my internet provider is having problems with the connectivity with the SEA server.

this week i think there is some problem with mine that i lagged on every weeknights. though after an unauthorized reset from my modem, the game went smoother, aside from the ones that’s generic to both servers i play.
